I'm entirely self-taught. No culinary degree, no restaurant career — everything I know came from chef mentors, YouTube, Instagram, and more hours of practice than I can count. It started out of my home in Boulder, Colorado. Just me in the kitchen, with my best friends Chris and Matei in my corner telling me to keep going.

My first real client was Jolly Roger, CEO and founder of PuffCo. He brought me on to cook for him and the entire PuffCo team. That one opportunity opened every door that followed — creative agencies, founding families, and executives across the country. The food and my personality did the talking.

I also work directly with WagyuDen, a verified wagyu supplier — which means I can get you access to cuts and pricing you won't find at any market or restaurant. If wagyu is on the menu, it's some of the best in the world — and it should be on everyone's table, not just a few. That's exactly why I made it part of what I do.
